Aluprof MB-86EI
The MB-86EI system is a solution for creating external fire partitions – windows, doors and walls with thermal insulation. Used to realise opening windows, doors and fixed walls, this system meets the main fire resistance categories EI30, EW30, EI15 according to the PN-EN 13501-2 standard. The construction of the system is based on the MB-86 construction, which guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic insulation as well as water and air tightness.
The use of the MB-86EI system makes it possible to combine the advantages of traditional window and door systems with fireproof properties, while maintaining the required thermal, utility and strength parameters and production technology. The construction made with this system meets all the applicable regulations and standards, especially those related to energy saving and environmental protection, while ensuring the necessary fire safety. The MB-86EI system is classified as non fire-spreading (NRO).
Advantages of the MB-86EI system:
- Profiles with a three-chamber construction, where the central part is an insulation chamber between thermal breaks that is 43 or 42 mm wide,
- Fire insulation components in the internal chambers of aluminium sections and special accessories and materials that function in the space between the aluminium sections and the glass,
- EI2 class doors do not require fire insulation elements in the internal chambers of the aluminium sections, resulting in faster prefabrication and a lower construction price. In shopfront development, inserts are required in the profiles of the door frames and crossbars.
- The wide range of glass thicknesses that can be used makes it possible to use different types of insulating glass, including double-glazed units,
- The fittings used in MB-86EI windows are, as a standard, in the RC2 anti-burglary class..
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF THE SYSTEM:
